In the manga's Dark Continent Expedition arc is Gon's mother ever brought up? Do we get anymore clues to her identity? I don't want any details spoiled if that's ok. Thanks.

No. As far as i can remember the arc focuses on other characters (kurapika, the phantom troupe etc) gon appeared in only one panel I think.

no gons mom was never really mentioned in the entire manga iirc. he also doesnt play a role in the arc so far.
