| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I'm actually kind of impressed that Ooiishi confessed to Hikari, this romantic subplot was starting to get a little bit melodramatic these last 2 episodes that I thought for sure we weren't going to get any confessions. Secretly I was hoping for a gay route because Mao always looks at Ooishi so intently. So much tension there that you'll never convince me otherwise. We also got a fast-forward to ~4 years later and how these characters are holding up. I wonder if it's in line with the manga, or if it was something quickly whipped up to add some sort of closure. I'm still kind of confused about the whole Shiina illness situation. It didn't seem to me that it was just exhaustion, it seemed like she was straight-up deathly ill and it was just kind of brushed off... Anyway, this series wasn't really a stand-out in any particular aspect for me but I found it to be an easy and likeable watch nonetheless. |
| Taakaki prefers to Hikari!!! The worst of this series is the final, horrible when appeared the Hikari of the future to help the Hikari of the present and the future of the others "stars" on this anime how will end, horrible, the best is stop and everyone thinks the final, but this, nooooo!!! |
