I think that depends on whether you going by the classic definition of lost media or what has become the modern definition of lost media. If you are going by the classic "it no longer exists anywhere" definition, yes, it certainly exists in a vault or on a computer someplace so it's not lost media. If you are going by the definition of "is it available to the public", which seems to be the modern definition of the term, then no it's not, and it's lost media. |
