Confusion with ages of characters

Ok so at the end of the manga Yuki, Kyo, and Tohru are graduating high school. In Japan, teens start high school at age 15/16 and end at 18. It is known that Rin is two years older then Haru and one year older then Yuki/Kyo/Tohru. On her wikia page it says she is age 17, im assuming that means at the beginning of the series. So my question is, is she 20 at the end of the manga? And is she 18 when we first meet at the vacation house? (this is a really unimportant and kinda stupid question but im just curious)
