| I see there is a serie and 2 movies and of course the manga. But i don't have a clue what to pickup first or what is even recommended to pickup. I heard thing about plotholes and such. Am i better of reading the manga. Or should i start the movies? Or is it recommended to start the series before the movies. Is the story of movies, serie, manga very different from each other? So many questions. |

| Best way is all of it. the manga and anime aren't really related in how the story unfolds the anime series does its own thing so you have to view it as an alternate retelling. the movies are sequels to the series which is more a less a conclusion for the anime. Manga is still ongoing. It goes into more detail for the characters and the world, while the anime only focuses on some. So the manga can fill in some questions the anime leaves unanswered. I just liked the premise so I found both enjoyable. |
