I'm suggesting this because both gmail and yahoo mail are using confirmation via phone number so it would be kind of difficult to spam the scores using multiple accounts.

I was using temporary mail service that is so easy to use to register here, and I can change the e-mail there just in a second and create anouther accounts here. It wouldn't be so difficult for me to spam the scores using 10 accounts just in a minute.

Do you have any reason to believe people are actually using multiple accounts to score anime/mangas in such a manner? Other than enjoying fucking with others I see no benefit for anyone to do that.
If anything MAL should add so that when you create an account you would have to add your phone number for verification and make it so that you can only score one anime-/manga-entry with one account, bound by that phone number. Limiting people to only use Gmail or Yahoo just seem weird to me.

You don't need a phone number for Google accounts - I create new ones all the time to tie to websites that I've created for clients.

Would be too restrictive. Maybe improve the captcha used when registering to prevent bots.
