Have mai and haruhiko a relationship in light novel?

There have only been 3 volumes so far in the span of 3 years. As for their relationship in the novels, it is difficult to say as there are parallel worlds. It appears to be more harem-esq with no one gaining an edge. This makes me upset given that I am a huge Mai x Haruhiko shipper and know that they are practically guaranteed in the anime's version.

Put it this way, Mai has won in Kyoani's version....a parallel universe of its very own. As for the light novel, only time will tell.
