So what happens after the anime?

The chapter is called "Snow White Raising Project"
TL;DR version
Someone contact Snow White and Ripple. She is Pythie Frederica from HRD Division.
She manipulate both of them to train Snow White.
In the end, Pythie is caught by them for trying to attack Ripple.
Examination Division recruited Snow White as she hunt Rogue Magical Girls.
This earned her the nickname "Magical Girl Hunter".
She purposely make herself known to bait Rogue Magical Girls.
Ripple want to join Examination Division even though she hate Land of Magic and their political affairs but they deem her dangerous.
She does hunt rogue magical girl.
Snow White break contact with Ripple because Snow is planning to be a bait for Rogue Magical Girls and she doesn't want to endanger Ripple.
Summary version
The Land of magic (Or World of Magic, same thing) contact Snow White and Ripple.
They had to do damage control because one of their staff of selection exam, Cranberry organize a brutal death game.
They extended their courtesies towards the two, offered financial support,
as well as aid in their daily lives as they deal with the fallout of the incident.
The two survivors were brought in to be interviewed, and possibly receive mental counseling.
Snow White is recruited as a honorary member immediately because she doesn't kill anyone.
Ripple on the other hand isn't recruited.
They understand that killing Mary is a form of self-defense but they consider killing Swim2 unjustified.
However, she is still a victim so they at least extend their hand to provide enough money to go to College if she wish.
During the interview, both of them are offered these things:
Renounce their right as magical girl and get their memory about magical girl removed.
or, they can at least alter their memories to remove the trauma and they still get to be magical girl.
They refuse. Ripple is offered to restore her eyes and arms but she refuse that as well because she want to keep a reminder.
Snow White and Ripple become friend now. Ripple was protective of Snow White.
Ironic, given the fact that it was Ripple who was more physically damaged.
Someone from Human Resource Division got hold of these information.
She is Pythie Frederica.
She is obsessed with creating an ideal magical girl ...and obsessed with sniffing hair.
She contact Snow White with phone and offer her to become her student.
Snow White asks her how to become stronger. Pythie can but she need time so she hang up.
She is interested in how Snow White is different from the description in her files.
Then she contact Ripple. Asks her to train Snow White.
She refused at first but Pythie pull some strings.
She make Snow White and Ripple clash their mindset.
Ripple is tired of fighting, and she wants to help people in other ways.
Snow White has a passion to stop evil, and wants to become stronger because of it.
None of them are wrong, both are noble pursuits, but they won’t be compatible with the other.
After they clash, Pythie contact Ripple to give Snow White a way to make her stronger.
"Don’t break her dreams again, Ripple. She doesn’t deserve that."
Finally, Ripple agree with her.
This is where Snow White trained with Ripple. She is pretty weak and can't even keep up with Ripple.
However with Pythie's advice, she start to close the gap. She also fight using her advantage.
Tripping Ripple down, using her blind sides, fighting in constrained spaces, Snow White was using every advantage she had.
The training last for months or weeks. I forgot this part.
At the end of it, Ripple was the one who was tired.
The two of them laughed it off, Ripple looked at Snow White with pride.
As if she had successfully raised a protégé.
However, Pythie has deemed Ripple to be an obstacle to Snow White's growth.
She may be a good sparring partner, but Ripple will block Snow White’s potential.
She still can’t let go of the fact that Snow White needs to be free of the shackles of safety.
Ripple is the one that’s stopping Snow White from becoming what she could, an ideal Magical Girl.
One day after the training session and Snow White goes home, Pythie asks Ripple to give Snow White the Halberd.
Ripple refuse so Pythie attack her. Unfortunately for her, Snow White come back and hear Pythie's mind.
With combined effort Pythie is defeated and sent to Magical Girl Jail.

Now Snow White can read her opponent's next move.
You know how someone is afraid their attack miss the target?
She exploit that. The more you stress out, the more predictable you are to Snow White.
Ripple also changes slightly.
Finally we can see Snow White's growth in this fight against rogue magical girl called Flame Flamey.
She doesn't kill her. Snow White become similar to Batman.
She has arrested over 30 magical girls in 3 years.
To the point where some rogue magical girl choose to surrender right away.
There are six arcs of the Light Novel and the anime only adapted the first arc.
Err that's not correct on a lot of point so well....
-Pythie isn't caught for that, she was purposely avoiding meeting SW, training her/guiding her only with her phone/through messages because she know that if they meet SW would read her mind and discover that PF has been doing stuff around as bad as Clamberry. But one day as PF was meeting Ripple after SW finished training with Ripple and already went away, SW comes back (I don't remember why exactly) and encounters PF. She immediately understand and PF has no choice but to eliminate those two . She gets caught by the trained SW and trained Ripple instead, and is imprisoned by the land of magic for her crimes.
-SW doesn't choose to join the examination division. The examination division chooses to make SW a sort of a honorary member of their division in order to have a bit more control about the way she moves around and stop her from running too much amok, and a more easy cooperation about criminals needing to be arrested.
-Ripple doesn't choose to stay away, she actually choose the contrary, trying to become a part of the examination division in order to help SW more easily.
-SW doesn't break contact with Ripple. She stays away from her indeed, but they are communicating a lot and cooperating.
Also pretty sure most of that manga scene is non cannon and manga only, although she really fought against Flame Flamie and won.
