Only read the manga and the summary of the anime/ova

in the manga, it seems miu jump to the roof and die ?

in the anime she survived and err in the end become a good person....

can someone tell me , manga was following the light novel story path right while the ova/anime seems make a new alternative story ?

can someone tell me is in the light novel , Miu Asakura truly die via jumping the roof or she survived and in later volume will make conflict ? because i read in wiki, the ova/anime was based on vol.5 at light novel and i just confused did Miu die or not in the end.

I can't read the light novel because it already licensed, some people can read it in the past until it got licensed recently.

btw i had other question, do in the end Tohko and Konoha , got end as couple together ? it say Tohko graduated, and there's after story in 1 novel volume where she become editor on a genius novelist https://myanimelist.net/manga/67351/Hanjuku_Sakka_to_Bungaku_Shoujo_na_Muse

what happens on Konoha ? when Tohko graduates, he got to third years and become the literature president, what happens to him after that ?
