How to send fan mail to mangaka Abe Miyuki? (Under EMERALD mgazine atm)

Hello! I was just wondering if there's anyone who can help me in how to send fan mail to Abe Miyuki sensei. She's the mangaka for Super Lovers as well and draws for Emerald magazine atm.

I've read Komatta Toki Ni Wa Hoshi ni Kike (totally recommended btw) and I just want her to know my feelings about the couple and how awesome she is! You can tell this manga really moved me.

I visited her website but I can't find any contact information. I can't read Japanese so when I looked at the Emerald website, I can't find the contact info too.

I do hope that someone can help me. If you've ever experienced this feeling of how beautiful a manga is, you must surely understand how I feel. This manga needs a sequel so bad. Sending her a letter might not be enough to get one, but I at least want her to know there's a fan who will always be waiting for more Takara and Kiyomine. Thank you very much. I would really appreciate your help!
