Theres a particular style I like. I really like the Indie style for reference google indie bedroom, bands, Fashion. anything?
Is there an anime with characters like this?

Well, It's more of a general outlook and not some certain style..
+1 FLCL (and the whole show has an alternative rock as soundtrack)
Also Cencoroll because it was produced independently by author alone.
