| You could try these: Jiraishin (the MC's a detective in the local PD, not a PI) Goth (yes, the leads are two highschool students, but it captures the Noir setting very nicely) |

| There's an anime named Noir, it's about an assassin who teams up with a girl that has amnesia but has the skills of an elite assassin herself. They become the assassin team Noir and try to find out who's trying to kill them both. |
