But then not wrapping stuff up is pretty common in anime so... It will however be on Netflix http://www.whats-on-netflix.com/coming-soon/july-2015-new-netflix-releases-preview/ like the first season. It's pretty popular in NA, a lot of people don't even consider it anime. So they have guaranteed profit if they were to make another season. | I remember hearing that the Blurays were selling pretty well, and merch-wise the second kit's getting a re-release, and the new second season kit was at the top of the sales chart yesterday and is still 2nd today (pre-ordered both because I love the hell out of this show), so hopefully sales are good and they're just waiting for the manga to release more chapters or something. |
| we defnitly need more. they need to announce a Season 3 in my opinion, way 2 many unanswered questions. I was very sad to see it end without a cliffhanger/season 3 announcement. Being released on Netflix soon and pretty popular, the only thing that could scare non-anime fans away is the small harem in this. And i don't see why do a second 2 if you ain't gonna wrap it up. I thought the manga was over ? it's not ? |

| Well I think the fact this is one of the few anime shows on netflix has probably helped Polygon a lot, pretty certain there will be a season 3. Its selling pretty consistently in Japan too. Very curious to see what their new series Ajin will be like. |

I'm not sure if they will make a third season, considering they did add stuff that happens later on in the manga in season 2 o_O In any case, if they do make a third season, it will be totally different than season 2, way less harem or character interactions at all and way more space battles. I wonder if the anime will take liberties and modify / add / remove scenes like they did before... It would probably be for the best. |

It's not bad, but not good either. Sidonia is excellent CGI and feels like it is 2D while with Ajin you clearly notice the 3D CGI and all :'(. So yeah :S |
