I want the most twisted, gory and sick manga you have ever read.If it is not very gory/twisted but extremely weird that is fine too.The only thing that you have to make sure of is that it is available in paperback form preferably in amazon since I hate reading manga online. Also don't include FLCL.It was quite weird but I already own it.
Edit:No manga that have anime adaptations.
Edit No.2:I AM GOING TO REPEAT THIS.ONLY MANGA THAT HAS BEEN PUBLISHED IN ENGLISH

Um, I guess the weirdest one available for print/Kindle in the West that I know of is Aku no Hana, or The Flowers of Evil.

It's less that the premise is weird and more that execution/symbolism is. I've read weirder stuff since, but most of them aren't in English, like Oyasumi Punpun.

Now that I think of it (just went to the bookstore) Parasyte and Assassination Classroom are also in English. Parasyte fulfills your requirements more.

I second Franken Fran, one of the best manga out there, I have no idea why it's so underrated as a horror manga. The weirdest for me has to be Dr. Slump, though - http://myanimelist.net/manga/796/Dr._Slump I don't even know how to describe that manga, really. I wish Akira Toriyama had done more stuff like it.

Unfortunately I will have to wait for franken frank to be released in english which will probably take a while. Also I am planning on watching the Dr. Slump anime instead of the manga.I guess I should have made that clear and I am going to edit it right now but I want a manga which doesn't have an anime adaptation. Are there any others you know?

I do know of a couple of good ones with no anime adaption (I think at least),

Genkaku Picasso - http://myanimelist.net/manga/11558/Genkaku_Picasso
and
A, A Prime - http://myanimelist.net/manga/4268/A_A

I have to mention one other one though, even though you said no anime. My no. 2 pick for weirdness (but I think it's a better manga overall) is Urusei Yatsura - http://myanimelist.net/manga/304/Urusei_Yatsura
.

Thanks for the recommendations.Genkaku Picasso seems really interesting especially since it is by the same guy who did the no longer human manga which I own and love. The A prime manga is actually out of order and if I am to get it I would have to spend about 30 dollars with shipping which imo is not worth it for such a short manga. Finally about Urusei Yatsura it is actually another anime I am planning on watching and buying all 34 volumes is out of the question.Anyways again thanks a lot.

Aww the first thing I thought of when I read your title was Gyo. There's a movie anime adaptation for that, but if I remember correctly, it's only one of the stories in the Gyo manga.

Maybe it is not what you are referring to but the only Kuro I found is a french game book that takes place in tokyo japan.
Edit*I searched you list and found the manga you were referring to,but It does not have an english publication.

[size=80]You can read it here: http://mangafox.me/manga/alice_in_mirrorland/

And you don't need an English release, lmao. There are no speech bubbles/dialogues/texts at all. It's just pure visual, it's about how you interpret it. o_o

There's Junji Itou's works too. Especially "The Enigma of Amigara Fault". It's a one-shot inside Gyo.

Well thanks but as I have already specified that I want the manga to be available in paperback form since I can't enjoy a manga over the internet.

Just a suggestion, with some of these hard to find manga like A, A Prime, it's always worth looking into whether your local library (or university) is part of a book sharing program that does inter-library loan. I read a lot of manga that way in college, without having to hunt them down. That's kind of an obscure title though, but it's worth a shot.

If it really is that good I will try to find it somewhere on the internet. It consists of only one volume so it won't be that hard to collect. Also thanks for the suggestion but unfortunately in my country we don't have any such libraries that have book sharing programs. In one year though,I will be leaving to go to a university in England so I will use your advice there.

Made by author of Aku no Hana, Avant Garde-Yumeko follows a girl who's addicted to dick, or anything that has a shape of a dick, something like a mushroom works too. Her fantasy goes wild every time. She wants to try it. :p NSFW warning.

Lychee Light Club is about a brotherhood that is more or less filled with psuedo-Nazis and gore. It's pretty weird, but it's probably not the weirdest manga I've read. It's licensed in English and its anime adaption isn't faithful.

Battle Royale (licensed in English), Oyasumi Punpun (not licensed in English), and Homunculus (not licensed in English) are some other twisted series that come to mind.
