DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Fight was rushed and ending felt almost lifeless (ironic since the girl aged many years into the future). Meh conclusion although the series had a decent momentum for the first few chapters. |

| Yeah, the conclusion is anticlimactic. I'm thinking the series was axed since the mangaka mentions having expected future character developments to happen. A shame, too, because the premise still has potential, and the art is quite attractive. Alchaeus said: Pretty sure the numbering includes the After Dark epilogue; chapter 28 should be the last one.I just want to make sure, MyAnimeList is showing 29 chapters, but the end was chapter 28. Did I miss something or is 28 really the last chapter? |

| Well at least the epilogue gave me some nice ending. Still there some mystery, like how the takers made of. The gothic fashion is gorgeous and I really love the art style. I really want more Kai and Alice sweet moments tho. |
| A decent story, not the best. I'm definitely disappointed, this story had so much potential but was felt rushed and open. I'd give it a 5 but the art was stunning and so I added an extra point: what the story lacked, the art did not. The artist draws beautifully, and I absolutely adored the character design. 6/10 |
