For high speed movement, images can be distorted like that, our brain will process them. It can be found in Naruto and birdy as well.

Sadly it does. I noticed it clearly when I saw it live. Looked like everything was slowly falling apart as it went on lol

I noticed the same things, too. I think it just boils down to efficiency. It takes a lot longer to do it realistically and subsequently more budget.

I think they are called humans. They are an earth mammal creature as i heard with two eyes, two hands, two ears and a mouth. Quite interesting creatures really.

No, it's not more expensive to animate the eyebrows when hair is moving, it just requires a different technique. If eyebrows are to be hidden, then all you need to do is create another layer and paste the moving hair on top of it. There's more to it of course, but that's the general gist of it.
