I think the post saved him as he, like all other online users, accessed the picture from the source (which Azusa made) where the picture is spread.
In other words, he was just viewing the picture from somewhere else and was not the person who took it.
This made mizuho thought he was the one who is guilty as the picture showed up on his computer when the picture should only be known by the police.

Just wen u think no more twist they tell us who kawaguchis mother is and of course she related to something like wtf. And kitagawa apologises I would have been like bitch please if u really sorry become my slave or some bullshit. And I think the picture saved kawaguchi because suposively only one person had the picture because it had never been leaked so by them leaking it it wouldnt have been weird for kawaguchi to have a copy as well and it also relieved some of the suspicion. Man that time jump cant wait to see wat hapens nxt.
