Matching a staff/seiyuu to multiple animes on your anime list

If there's something I only use MAL for, and that is discovering anime staff, voice actors/actresses etc, and it is becoming so common for me, because of the fact that it is the only connection between two completely different anime, I am completely obsessed with this connection, that I would go and search up two anime staff and their common anime work, or what anime staff has worked in more than one anime on my MAList etc, my desire to find out these facts is one of the few things that grabs me on to this site.

So my suggestion is an anime staff matching feature, instead of searching up and look at every anime you've watched and anime staff pages, with this feature, a user can quickly discover what seiyuu has worked in two or more anime on their MAList, by analysing MAList, matching the same staff names, for example:

"Kayano, Ai has worked in these anime that are on your MAList: AnoHana, Hyouka, Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo, Sukitte Ii na yo, Oreshura."
"Shinkai, Makoto is currently the most common Director staff on your MAList"
"Yoshimori, Makoto is currently the most common Music staff on your MAList"
"Hanazawa, Kana is currently the most common Voice actor staff from your MAList"
"Tomokazu, Sugita is currently the second most common Voice actor staff from your MAList"

Or an extra feature allowing different anime type.

"Shinkai, Makoto is currently the most common Director staff for Movies on your MAList"

Another feature I'd think would enable a user to discover new anime that will instantly fit to their liking is from matching two or more staff persons, for example:

"Sakaguchi, Daisuke and Nakamura, Yuuichi, anime that selected staff worked in: Hyouka, Clannad, ..."
"Tomokazu, Sugita and Suzumura, Kenichi and Ishida, Akira, anime that selected staff worked in: Gintama, Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou"

So in a way, it is all about matching tags, information that is with an anime or a staff person, this feature I believe will provide a great and wider perception of the choices we have for anime and interests in seiyuus, allowing users to pump up a greater discussion among commonality.

I'm looking forward to the implmentation of this feature to the website itself

There are even more here: http://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=49347
Don't forget that you have to replace http://userscripts.org/ with http://userscripts-mirror.org/ in all links
