The roles listed above are simply the names, any skills and win conditions they have will be kept secret to the player alone. 2. Unless you got an RSVP then please wait two days after sign ups are posted to join if you are already signed up for another game. This allows people, who don't frequent the club on a daily basis, adequate time to join if they would like. Otherwise, sign ups are open to everyone who would like to play. 3. Any talks of strategy or details of the game should be kept within your faction's secret club or in this thread. If you are caught cheating via PM, or any other form of outside communication, you will be mod-killed and black-listed. 4. When you are dead, you may not post anymore information/strategy you have. 5. Keep things civil. This is a game of logic. Thus, arguments must happen, don't take it personally. 6. This is a reading intense game. If you have trouble reading/typing in English I'd encourage you to make this known to the other players. 7. Inactivity is frowned upon but you will not die for simply being inactive. You will be prodded(PMed that you have been reluctant to participate) one time. After that, I will replace you. The game should last about a week. If you aren't sure that you will be around at least a bit during the week after sign ups close, I would strongly suggest waiting until next time. 8. You must have fun. 9. If you would like to sign up, please say something along the lines of sign me up. 10. If you haven't at least played let alone read a game of mafia before(high level games are quite fun to read fyi) then please reconsider signing up. 11. This is not a Bastard Setup. Phases 1. The game will have two phases. Day and Night. 2. During the Day Phase players will vote on who they want to be lynched(killed). Day Phase will last until a majority vote + 1 on a single player is reached or until 24 hours have past, whichever is first. 3. When a player garners a majority vote + 1 (example: 25 players alive, it takes 13 votes to lock a lynch) the day will end immediately and in most cases the player will be lynched. This is when Night Phase begins. 4. If deadline is reached before a majority vote is counted, the player with the highest vote count will be lynched. In the event of a tie, the lynch will be based on RNG. 5. Night Phase is when your skills(night actions) will be processed and will last until all actions are submitted via PM. Or after 12 hours or so have past. Actions are processed according to this priority system. Roleblock>Protection>Night Kill>Investigation>Everything Else. Voting 1. Vote using this format: Vote Fo Fai 2. Votes that aren't bold wont count. 3. To take your vote off a player then simply unvote 4. If you ever aren't sure of the vote count don't hesitate to ask me. I will keep up with posting accurate vote counts accordingly. 5. If I happen to be offline, players may post 'unofficial' vote counts simply for reference. Claiming 1. You are allowed to claim your role if necessary. 2. You must put it in your own words. No copy/pasting your role PM. 3. Angels and Demons will need to fake claim, obviously. Three Factions 1. As stated previously, there are three factions. Angels, Devils and Mortals. There are no third party roles. 2. The two mafia factions will have 5 players each and will only be aware of one another. 3. The two mafia factions wont know who the other faction is. 4. Mortals will only be aware of their own alignment at the start of the game. 5. Angels or Devils will win when their remaining numbers equal or outnumber all the players left alive. 6. Mortals win when all threats to them are eliminated.
