| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I find it a little ridiculous that that Black Jack mocks Shirabyoshi for being a bad doctor when the only thing he seems to have failed at is performing an operation on a shuddering aircraft. Black Jack has no such trouble...just because, really. Black Jack is essentially a surgical Superman, so comparisons between him and characters who seem confined to more realistic abilities don't make a lot of sense. |
| Worst terrorists ever... Not fun watching Black Jack's operations anymore knowing there's absolutely no chance of failure. Not like we can see them either since it'd be too graphic for the kids. Worst part is that the situations are made specifically so that the other doctors can't do anything about it so only Black Jack can do these impossible operations. I wish they would've made Black Jack as someone with amazing skills rather than a God like surgeon that never fails an operation. The fact that there's no risk just makes it less entertaining down the road. Also, how does a stun grenade detonation in the cockpit lead to the depletion of the aircraft's fuel?? |
