Animation Production: Madhouse Studios Here's a copy of the scan from Newtype.  Very interesting that they'll join the two stories together. Makes sense really, because there's not really enough Kobato material for a whole series. It's also interested that pretty much al lthe staff working on this have worked on past CLAMP anime adaptations in the past. Goes to show that they know who to use. |
| This will be interesting, combining two CLAMP series into one? I wonder how they are going to pull this off? I'm already looking forward to Kobato being animated, but I tried reading Wish once and I just didn't find it all that grand at the time. Maybe the anime will win me over?... Personally, i'm still waiting on a OVA or something for Clover. I know that there was that music video-thing years back but i'm still hoping for something longer. But then again, Wish had just a music video too for many years and its getting seriously animated now. So perhaps I can still have hope? |

| Found more news about the crossover. Nanase Ohkawa interview from Newtype #8 Some interesting points: - Kobato.'s world and Wish's world is the same. - When they were setting the plot for Ioryogi, from the beginning they thought that he did something in the world of Wish and because of that he became like this. - They don't know how many characters from Wish will appear in the Kobato anime. - Ohkawa says that Kohaku knows about Kobato and Ioryogi, but she doesn't want to say anything else since it will be spoiling the anime. Just finished Wish, and the manga is alright to me. But I have faith with Madhouse, and since Nanase Ohkawa herself is supervising the script, I'm not too worried...I think. I'm still really excited for the anime, crossover or not, all the pretty anime spreads *-* |

| Sweet. I started reading "Wish" few days ago, and it's quite interesting. I can't wait for anime! Thanks God it's only 2 days for 1ep to be aired >w< |

| Oh that's nice! I read Wish quite a while ago and although it wasn't exactly that great, I still found it a very sweet story. :] |
