| Well, I watched this series quickly, but I really didn't like it. It started edgy, became mostly good (with some very silly scenes at times), and then became a torture fest/edgelord showdown. It was also really confusing how certain supernatural powers or weapons worked; I thought I missed something, but it just wasn't explained. So weird. Overall kind of a shame. It's really not the story for me. |
| Oof not gonna lie this should’ve been longer to give more time to the characters because I don’t genuinely feel anyone here. Everything just felt rushed and then bam it ends, and the animation finally good in the last episode too lol |

| The whole episode reminded me of the last few episodes of Neon Genesis Evangelion. The torture scenes were wild. That dilemma about who to save was so cruel. I got excited to see Kaneki finally fight seriously but it was only for like 3 minutes lol. I think I'll just read the manga since I've been hearing the later seasons are badly adapted. Interesting anime overall. |

| I wish they remade the anime, this is imo such peak writing, the psychological and physical torture, the intense load of all the heavy things is just pure cinema. The way he turns to a proper ghoul, shame that the rest of the show just isn't as peak. |
