| Finally... At long last... the Tsukihi Phoenix arc starts! Karen Bee was pretty long for a Monogatari arc. On a serious note, this episode was pure fanservice, which I'm not usually the biggest fan, but I found this episode completely hilarious. Everything from Karen stealing Tsukihi's clothes to Karen clinging to Araragi to, of course, the infamous Monogatari Toothbrush scene. I've been aware of this scene since I saw this Reddit thread on January 20th, 2019 and it's literally the entire reason I wanted to watch the Monogatari series (besides the tongue twister, which was another huge factor). It was even worse with context, lol. Tsukihi's reaction was brilliant. |

| Cute to see Karen-chan in skirt. It looked cute and nice on her The way Koyomi reacted on her with that outfit was priceless comedy. Made the scene much more funny and good than what it could be. So typical the monogatari-series. The challenge game was even better. I never knew that tooth brushing can be feel that good when it's done by another person. Interesting, got to try it out. Karen's cuteness was way over the border Her oppais is beginning to take shape. They looks good All this for seeing Kanbaru. Talk about being desperate. But if she won the match and she get to meet Kanbaru (which is a lesbian)...oh my ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)...things will really escalate highly. The ecchiness will become over 9000! Tsukihi's reaction was hilarious too. She is like an open book. Getting jelaous right away and resort to awl right away. Anyways, looks like both of the sisters has reached that age. Karen wants to do the same three times. Hahaha, that took the last drop of me. All in all, a great ep. with a great mixture of comedy and ecchiness. |

| Ah yes, the infamous toothbrush scene. I've only seen clips of this scene scattered around on social media, but at last, here it is in its entirety. I've gotta say, first episode of Tsukihi's arc is off to a great start lol. But regardless I actually really liked this episode, even though it was just Koyomi brushing Karen's teeth for like the entire episode, and her saying best two out of three was way too funny. I think Tsukihi is probably the scariest character in the series, cause I don't want to know what she's gonna use that awl for... |

| Chotto matte, why did that episode feel like it was only 5 minutes lmao. I was laughing all the way through. OP was fucking fantastic though, I'd say it's just as good as Renai Circulation. I have ascended, I have finally witnessed the famous toothbrush scene. I did not expect it cover the whole episode holy shit. Of course in real life that'd be bad and weird as fuck no shit. But it's anime so yeah, that's one of the funniest shit I have ever seen lmao. |

All throughout the episode, Karen kept tempting me. This is how you do fanservice. Fanservice should give you a boner, not just removing clothes but by scenes like this. Masterpiece of an episode, 10/10. |

She allowed adultery with the other girls but warned that she would kill Araragi and that girl if it turns into serious love.a lot of people are mad cause of the incest and whatever but i'm mad cause of how this scene makes Araragi look like an unfaithful manwhore who would cheat on his girlfriend to have sex with his sister, also at the end of the episode it literally implies that they had sex which just ruins the feel to the show and Araragis character as a whole So, in conclusion Araragi still loves Senjougahara and would not cheat on her. But he is a pervert regardless. And also, he never had sex with his sister. I found this answer from reddit to clearly explain. "Did araragi have sex with senjougahara, karen and kanbaru?" Only Senjougahara. The Kanbaru scene is just a gag, her sexual teasing of Araragi has never gone as far as actual sex before, after all, he's dating the girl that Kanbaru is kind of in love with. And Karen I doubt, once again that scene was comedic and it'd be pretty out of character to suddenly have sex with his sister. He's a total pervert but he's still loyal to Hitagi. Going into the rest of the series I recommend not thinking too much of Araragi's perverted outbursts, they really only serve as comedy and shouldn't be taken at all seriously, they don't affect Araragi and Senjougaha's relationship. |
