...is it just me or are they standing on a SUBMARINE in the op?
uhh.
Anyway. last time ep 1, not much to say, mostly just like an introduction
The op is kinda like soso i guess, its funny i guess

So yeah uh darn it cliffhanger. i was expecting a cliffhanger when the ep dragged on but not like this uh.
They cleared most if not all the labrynth in one ep, but next ep?

Someone call CPS, anyway I guess the fact that there's a bit more of a plot and story progression is better. It's still not good or great by any means though. Could be that the animation is a bit better certainly seems better than the end of last season but I think it's not uncommon for animation to be good at the start of a season and slowly fall off.
Music is not bad either IMO. Somehow Tio is starting to annoy me the least, which is sure impressive considering her whole character is literally about being an obnoxious masochist.
Darkness rip-off headass. The MC is just... sigh. Went through all his "character development" in like episode 1 season 1 and then just stayed the same since.
And look if you wanna be an asshole, fine but at least be a likeable asshole, he can't even do that.

Like how the heat of the volcanic, geothermal cavern actually has tangible enough effects to drain away at the energy of Hajime's party. Does provide the anime an immersive element to it.
