The pacing in domestic gf is pretty inconsistent. I don’t really know what they see in the main character Natsuo he was honestly pretty generic. When the parents found out about Natsuo they kind just shrugged it off…like ur adult daughter just had sex with a minor. I really did try to give this anime a try, Im not a huge harem fan but my friends recommend it to me so I gave it a try. This really would’ve worked out at 2 sisters fighting for Natsuo, but instead their not legally siblings and Natsuo being more entertaining to watch. Sorry I just gave my overall opinion 😭 but wasn’t my fav anime to watch so I guess I’m not very satisfied with the anime overall.

the main plot ended, and continuing it would be a downgrade at best.

I would take a couple OVAs as a side story but a full on second season? Nah. Just because some stories are great doesn’t mean there need to be more. Parasyte is fine the way it is.

Alternate ending would be the best if were going to make more content like gotou services migi probably doesn't leave maruno hates shinichi because of the change in him his mom not dying reiko not giving the child many ideas are possible BUT IF THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE ANY MORE CONTENT SEASON 1 WAS ENOUGH.

Not a S2 but they could probably adapt Neo Parasyte and Parasyte Reversi as spin offs even though they didn't get the best reviews

Seeing how the source materials have already been used creating the First season. I'm not sure the Second season would be as great or better.
That being said the ending could start a second chapter. the Parasyte's becoming more elusive after the most recent encounters. What I don't like is the whole story only focuses on this one Country. it's childish to believe these Parasyte's only came to this one part of the world. At least that's my opinion.
