| Damn, this was pretty cute, funny, and an awesome start. Introduction and development of Kurogane and Stella looking good, with some good comedy mixed in. Kurogane accidentally walks in on Stella half naked, then a silly argument goes on until the two find out they are roommates. Kurogane is an F-rank with weak powers while Stella is a strong A-rank and the two face off. I was surprised to see Kurogane take the dub, but through his sheer determination of wanting to grow stronger despite not having the talent to be a magical knight, he simply gave it all he got, which is awesome. The ranking system is quite complicated/unfair and Kurogane truly deserves a higher rank. Stella couldn't get a grip of herself thinking about Kurogane after feeling his back lol. I like how the both of them are respectful to each other in regards to the results of the duel and with that, they are officially roommates and a bond is established. hype! |
| Lol okay the part where she got on top of him was a little weird for me (how can you not get your arm out, does his way a literal ton?) lmao but it at least made me laugh. Really liked his reaction to walking in on her, that was really funny (and original, to boot) Fight scenes look fantastic. Character growth in the first episode is always sexy. Gonna keep watching this one |
