| Now when I try to view my graph it keeps saying Okay! Successfully added sushiunlimited to queue at position 1023. Since MALgraph processes about 5 users per minute, this shouldn’t take more than 205 minutes. This page will refresh automatically once your stats are ready. |

I think its because MALgraph 4 release, which means he also refreshed database and it will analyze all the users again. |

| The queue problem has been fixed by marvelous rr-, who convinced cron to run every minute. Finally, the queue in globals is shrinking bit by bit. Expect your stats to be ready soon, and again, sorry for the delays! Remember to re-export your rating distribution image, since the URL has changed a tiny bit. |

Even though it says 'This page will refresh automatically once your stats are ready' it never does, though when I almost reach my turn, it tells me that I'm once again at 1000+ and I should come back on three hours. I've been 'queueing' like this since yesterday, with no hope to get my stats. |

Checked my friend's Malgraph and it says the same thing there, as well (although they have it set as 57 chapters, so it's still a mismatch, but nonetheless it says that it's still publishing). |

| Previous MALgraph version either spawned dozens of Unknown entries or crashed the server and made it useless for all users. Indroducing the queue indeed made it slower for one user's data to update, but please understand that more and more users are trying to view their stats and that's making things longer. I just refreshed your profile manually [ http://mal.oko.im/d1i2m3 ] and only managed to do so successfully on the sixth try - MAL returns errors over and over. We hit the wrong time releasing Mg4, because our source of data is under DoS attacks since two weeks. I'm sorry to hear that it's making the service useless to you, but we can't do anything productive until MAL fixes things on their side. |
