Part of me thinks this is a trick question since it says they ship only takes people who can confirm their own eye color the ship crew telling them one person has brown eyes would not help any one person to confirm their eye color since they can't ask each other unless I am missing something. That aside the answer could maybe be 1 day if they all claimed it was themselves who had brown eyes in desperation to get off the island. Since the crew let anyone on the ship who says their own eye color. |

| too much to catch up again >.< So i skimmed through. To answer Soren, nope I didn't get the knife description o.O' Soda pls, r u suuuure u stole it from me? So the theory is either I nvr got the knife in the first place or I've been lying. Anyway, if we want to find the killer, we shouldn't be stealing the knife but the bracelet instead for only the killer would have known that he can pick up Ixalion's bracelet after he died. Whoever has the bracelet no.8 is the killer. That being said, I tried to steal bracelet from Soren yesterday but he dun have it so he's not the one i think ~ Regarding the challenge, I think it would be 0 or 10 logically thinking. Because every villagers would be able to know about the others' eyes colour and would either assume that He is not the one or assume everyone has the same colour. Stealing only happens at phase end. | I think Xia should tell us the answer if he knows something.. I thought it was 0 as well. How can you 100% confirm that you have brown eyes even though you cannot see yourself. Even if you assume you do because eveyone else does, you would not be 100% positive that you also have brown eyes. |

| The main issue of this riddle is not the fact that a villager knows that there's at least one brown eyed villager amongst them, but the fact that all villagers know that everyone else knows that there's at least one brown eyed villager amongst them. I do admit that the riddle needs a little bit more effort to be solved. I'll PM Zymf my solution anyway, but discussing the riddle here for now provides us with more fun ~ |

They can be sure to have brown eyes, because they don't know xD. Let's say villager -A- now has the information given by the ship. He doesn't know if he has brown eyes. But he knows that at least 1 villager has them. It's the same for all other villagers, so it would be logical if no one went on the ship. And because no one would go on the first day, villager -A- should know that all of them have the same doubt as him, which makes him the one with the brown eyes. I'm sorry, i think i didn't write it so that anyone would understand my thought :D. But if I follow through with it, They would need 1 day to confirm and then another day to go on the ship. So i'll change my answer to 2 days. Or 11 if only one at a time could go on the ship. |
