| Hachikuji is quite the materialistic girl. She even bit Araragi's hand till it was bleeding so she got what deserved there. LOL at Tsundere-chan. |

| Not enough Hitagi. Next episode looks like the conclusion to the Mayoi arc. Hope they keep it up with a different OP sequence every, if not every other, week. ED sequence looks like it's here to stay and it's pure awesomeness. |

| I'm liking Bakemonogatari's choice of heavy dialogue. Not much happens but the character interactions are really interesting. Hachikuji deserved the trashing this time, her bite looked like it would've been rather serious if Araragi didn't have fast healing abilities. |

| I'm wondering what Oshino planned to do with Hitagi that she felt was worth attacking him with a stapler. The phone graphic were funny, Tetris, Arkanoid and more classic games were among the ones I recognized. I like the more 'loose' style of the ED. |

| Episode one gave me the apparently false impression that there would be more action scenes than those full of long conversations and static background. Too bad, I was hoping for some more crazy fight/torture moments, like the one with the infamous stapler. Even for a SHAFT production, this show is just too slow. I can't recall having to put effort into staying awake while watching, say, Maria Holic or SZS. Edit: Also, random note: the pic at the very end - Yankee-kun to Megane-chan, anyone? |

| Another amusing episode. There were a few moments that actually made me laugh out loud. I've also become completely obsessed with Hitagi :3 |

| I can absolutely understand everyone who feels bored by the "plot" since I don't understand myself why I love this show so much. In this episode, I watched Ararararararararararagi talk to Oshino over the phone for such a looong time... and not a single second of it bored me. It's the magic of SHAFT, if they ever tried to professionally brainwash their audience, they'd definitely succeed. |

| Decent episode, it wasn't as good as episode 3 but it was still ok. The conversations between araragi and senjougahara are definitely the most interesting imo. |

Like someone said in the previous episodes' thread, this story is mostly about dialogues between characters. They're not artificially lengthening the show, they're making a faithful adaption. If you don't like this, you should consider dropping it, this might not be the type of show you like. |

| I get the feeling that a lot of things are lost in translation, and that this story would make much more sense if I knew Japanense. Or, at least, if I knew how puns in kanji worked, since those seem to make up a lot of dialogue. |

| Yes I agree, I feel like a lot of things are lost in translation. The scenes with the japanese characters on them are where everything gets lost, you see them for such a short time so they are rarely subbed. But it was still good, the conversation was round in circle. I thought it was better to say the least. Maybe it was just a different subber though |

| It was all right. It takes a lot of energy to watch though due to the amount of conversation. I didn't like the OP though. |

Because the animation is awesome, the story is really interesting, the characters are cool. The only bad thing about it is we have to wait a week between episodes. At least it's better than Endless 8. |

| Bakemonogatari is definitely the best show this summer. I'm not watching many of the other shows because quite frankly, this season has an awful list of anime to choose from. |
