Tanjiro makes it through his first mission, but finds new trouble!

This episode was just riddled with plot holes. Tanjiro straight up leaves that guy whose fiancee was killed to be lynched by the townspeople, as no one but him and Tanjiro knows a demon was the killer and he was already a suspect, considering he got beaten up and now he just shows up with the belongings of the dead and with an unconscious girl who will, once she wakes up, only know she got grabbed from her bedroom and has no reason to believe anyone other than that unfortunate dude snatched her.

Then the Michael Jackson encounter is nonsensical as well, Tanjiro be like "oh the big bad is here, I'll just stand around like a doofus and let him do whatever he wants". And either it's not explained that demon eyes are invisible or people are blind when it comes to demon eyes.
