| Fuck. This was horrific. Gendo is truly a monster. Seeing all that blood was terrifying. The dummy plug system is so creepy. The pilots are used as some kind of energy source? Also I keep thinking about how the battles and the monster-of-the-week setup (even in universe) resemble a more grotesque form of Ultraman. |

Unit 01 with a river of blood was fkin badassss.   then again this is a story and we need these soft empath charaters to make it interesting. |
