Hmm.. I actually think it ended on a great note. Sure, more things could have been explored. But the show met its goal, and ended on a perfect note. The universe is very vast, there is no way everything could have been explored anyway.

Chihayafuru and Spice & Wolf - Both need 3rd seasons badly. Who knows if they will ever get one. I'm still holding out a sliver of hope for Chihaya because the anime at least increased the manga sales quite a bit. Even if the anime didn't sell very well. S&W is in my RiP section :(

Aku no Hana - The series was so good and it ended at a peak. I just want to see a conclusion to the insanity that was building. I'll likely have to pick up the manga for this one.

Deadman Wonderland - The ending to the manga was so damn good. I'd love to see it animated. I'd really just like to see this remade since it left out quite a few important elements from the manga. I still enjoyed the anime, but it ended in the worst spot I could imagine an anime ending. So pissed over this one, but I at least read the manga to see what happened. I had to since it is in my RiP category as well.

Maybe they're telling you to go read the original, such as the manga or novel.

Then why the fk did I watch the anime?

Only you would know that answer.

I won't consider it "awesome" in the first place if it had a bad ending.

Death Note. It is really sad that we didn't find out what happened to Light after

On a serious side, however? Most of 12 episode anime which MadHouse creates. Seriously, I FREAKING LOVE MadHouse, but they have a nasty tendency of leaving things unresolved with series I enjoy. In my opinion, only downside they have.

+1

I actually agree and it fits since for its run it was an ongoing interconnected series. Giving it an ending that officially ended it would have been unsatisfying.

Hunter x Hunter caught up to the manga arc. Aren't we expecting it to return in several years? I am at least.
