| Hold up... did Kyoto Animation just include an actual KISS in one of their anime??!! A kiss from kyoto animation, and it was here this whole time?? Granted, it was off screen... and it was all in a dream sequence so it wasn't exactly real... smh Anyway that's of no matter, I'm just glad that the plot has progressed in a rather major way. I'm still a bit confused on whether our lead characters are dead or alive or somewhere in between, I'm sure we'll find out for sure in the following episode(s). |

| Well huh they explained a chunk of the behind the scenes happenings. Always knew something was going on and this helps explain part of it. Explains a bit of her wishy washy behavior at the start as well. |
| A big reveal episode, kinda sad that the pool episode goodness was simply a dream created by Mirai’s blood (okay maybe it’s not that simple lol) but the scenes were great there, damn Mirai can create a beautiful swimsuit Mitsuki in a dream huh, I want that power lol. But man it really is a bit of a mind fuck that Mirai was out to kill Akihito from the beginning and was working with Izumi, it really makes a lot of the stuff before this make more sense, I’m glad over time Mirai realized she couldn’t simply kill Akihito, it really makes what they had together even more beautiful, its just unfortunate that Izumi isn’t as kind. And speaking of Izumi, I guess she’s not a villain? It looks like she’s doing all this for the greater good, and even gave Mirai a way to defeat the “Beyond the Boundary” shade without killing Akihito, so I think it’s okay to trust her now, maybe lol, but there’s still more we don’t know about her and who she reports to, I’m not green lighting her quite yet. Next one looks likes it’s gonna be an intense one tho, I’m glad Mirai didn’t just disappear but getting her back isn’t gonna be easy, should be fun to watch tho. |
