| this entire episode was pure hype and beautifully done, i don't even know where to begin. i kinda feel bad for the villagers but with reg being about to pass out who's gonna save them? this show fucking started off all cute and shit and got like SUPER DARK real fast. i'm cool with that, but damn dude. |

| An illusion of choice? The second they brought a piece of the princess back to village the dice have been cast. Still, I like the moral ambiguity since not even the villagers really know what they want. Next episode will probably be a bloodbath. |

El-Melloi said: I'm getting more and more convinced that Reg will end up reaching a place deeper in the abyss that will allow him to synchronize his memories with his past self, explaining why he told all that stuff to Faputa (he already experienced all of it) and why he was already named Reg in the past despite Riko clearly naming him after a pet she had. That would also be why he spent time with her (he already knew who she was) and made the promise to help her destroy the village (he already did it in the future). He would later lose all of his memories right before meeting Riko. Honestly, I feel like it's so obvious that it has to be wrong, or at least more complicated than that. It also just occurred to me that Riko entered the village without her body changing like all the others, I wonder if they'll explain that later (or if I missed the explanation). It might simply not happen anymore since the Cradles are with Faputa now. Reg is probably named after Riko's (and Lysa's) dog. Since Reg was trained by Lysa and sent by Lya she probably named him Reg as well, just like the dog. For Riko, she did not changed because the 3 eggs was already taken by Faputa so the village lost its power. For. The time travel.... We don't know about that but it's obvious that time doesn't flow in the abyss like you would expect. The death flags are one example, they are probably from the past or future. |

| First anime episode after not watching anime for a long time because of school work. Damn, this episode hit hard and Faputa did nothing wrong. That entrance and that speech must be the most badass speech before a massacre if I've ever heard one. "Faputa will not forgive... you all. My siblings... and Faputa... You glared at us with hungry eyes - Faputa will not forgive those eyes. Your mouths speak in the same tongue my mother did and spit out prayers. Faputa will not forgive those mouths. Faputa will not forgive your forms. You continually desecrated my mother to selfishly save your own skins. Faputa will not forgive your very lives, which you have continued to live for so long. Faputa will not forgive your intentions. Your joys, your sorrow, your activities... Faputa will not let any of that continue. Faputa will never forgive your existence until you turn to worthless dust. Faputa was born so that all of this will not be forgotten. This day... this moment. You know not how Faputa has longed for it. Faputa will allow you no time to prepare yourselves. Faputa will eradicate you now..... And now, it begins." Damn. |
Graduated High School in May of 2022. Summer vacation has finally arrived. I have once again regained the power of a new anime fan, being able to watch multiple anime episodes in a day. Time to binge-watch every single anime I can into the night until college arrives. SADGE. SUPER SADGE... College has begun as of Monday, August 30, 2022, so you won't be seeing me much around these parks. See you on weekends, I guess... School me is back. Sigh! I'll at least try for one anime a day with all this course load. |
| Faputa is the most dangerous and unpredictable character in this show so far , she really done something terrible again , but episode itself was nicely paced it felt really nice watching this unfold |
