| Despite watching animes from quite some time it's my first isekai. Was definately an enjoyable ride. And the funny moments were actually funny. That betelgeuse was one determined mf though. Nice action throughout the show. An anime where you can say the MC dies without it being a spoiler lol. Nice conclusion to the season. Worth it! > 1:28 AM, September 16th 2025 |
| I rewatched it again after originally watching it in 2016. This time, I watched the Director's Cut, which condenses the anime and better explains the plot. I found this version superior in every way. In fact, I remember that in 2016, I didn't really like Subaru because of his behavior. Now I see that it was completely understandable and enriched the story, especially as it unfolded, with Rem helping him and him becoming more humble, asking for help instead of trying everything alone. Overall, a sensational anime; I'm curious to see what will happen in the following seasons. |
