| 2021 is filled with lot of Giga Chad anime but "odd taxi" won my heart as it came out of nowhere and just stunned me. Wonder Egg Priority Disappointed me the most. |

| Its been an abysmal year so far, and my average rating at the half way stage is just 4.67, although the 2nd season was a marked improvement on the first. However there is one diamond in the rough that stands head and shoulders above the rest... 9: Megalo Box 2 - Thats a modern classic right there, easily AotY 8: - 7: Vivy, Odd Taxi, Beastars 2, Moriaty 2 - are all pretty decent, none are classics 6: Shadows House, Sk8 - are good and sit right on the cutoff of what I would consider as worth watching. 5: Dr Stone 2, Wonder Eggs, Jobless - could've been good but missed the mark. the isekai was better than most. 4: Fruits Basket 3, Gintama SF - average 3: Horimiya, Non Non Biyori 3, Yuru Camp 2 - boring 2: Re Zero 2.2, Slime 2.1 - isekai nonsense 1: Neverland 2 - so bad it looks deliberate |

| Looking at the first few replies, no one has said mine - Vivy: Fluorite Eye's Song. Whiile it definitely could have had a stronger ending, it was the journey rather than the ending that mattered in this case. 86 is also a solid shout; I was a big fan of the Spring season. |

If you're a Re:Zero fanboi. What is you take on part 1 vs part 2. I falled inlove with Re:Zero when the first season was arriving. I even rewatched it twice in the time it was arriving. And got a RL friend to watch it too. And when I saw the news about Re:Zero getting more content I literally shit my pants. But part 2, is easy the best thing of Re:zero so far, for me, it raised the bar really high. And it didn't feel like part 2 was even close to as good as part 1 was of season 2. Do you feel the same, at all ? Or you loved part 2 ? Don't take me wrong, I enjoyed part 2, but still part 1 was so much better then it comes to the story that was told and what the characters did, especially how it changed Subaru to become even more manly. |

| My top 5 is something like this: - Fruits Basket: The Final - Zombieland Saga: Revenge - Dr. Stone: Stone Wars - Shadow's House - SK8 The Infinity HMs: Kai Byou Ramune, Mashiro no Oto and Yuru Camp 2. Summer 2021 is looking fine though. Tantei wa mou, Shindeiru and Hamefura 2 had a solid start, and I'm really hyped for Love Live Superstar and TenSura S2 P2. PS: Fumetsu no Anata e is not in this list because I haven't watched it yet. I guess I'll watch it when it finishes airing. |
