| My go to answer for this has always been Blue Gender. I feel like that show made with a big budget, modern techniques and a quality studio would be amazing. Just clean up the story just a bit and add a lot more polish and man that'd be amazing. I see a lot of people putting Berserk, I actually liked the 2016/17 Berserk so I don't really want a remake, just please make more Berserk. Also I feel His and Her Circumstances could really benefit from it. The source material is so strong that actually giving it a quality production behind it would be amazing. Lastly Rurouni Kenshin. I adore the original TV series, but it's hard to deny it's dated. It's my favorite manga of all time so give that a modern treatment, ditch the filler, finish the rest of the manga and it could probably become an all time favorite anime as well. |

| Rewrite (by Kyoto Animation). 8bit butchered their adaptation as much as they only could. El-Ricards said: Fuuka. Also this. But Seo Kouji has no luck if it comes to adaptations of his manga. Kimi no Iru Machi adaptation is a joke. Suzuka was okay, but they adapted only about 1/4 of the manga source. |

| Berserk of course, no adaptation is truly well done. Even the 1997 one omitted quite a few elements and while they did the best with what they had, the amount of limited animation and static shots was through the roof. |

| Berserk needs one, after the dumpster fire anime of 2016 Kaichou wa Maid-sama!, Claymore and Soul Eaterneed something like Fruits Basket did this past year. I think it is too early for a remake of a series of 2017 like Classroom of the Elite even though the novel was butchered like that. |

| UMINEKO. The anime came too early (like, not even half the vn finished releasing) and it would be good to see a full adaptation. Better hopes since Higurashi got some Umi vibes rn. Tho, it would be complicated as it relies on it's vn format, like DR2 is better off being a video game. Tho, I would be curious how they would do it. Movies might be a good option as well as a more lengthy anime series. |

| Obviously Classroom of Elite needs a 24 eps remake adapting the entire first year. we need studios that are serious about working on the anime so they don't make the same mistakes. | A Trigun re-adaptation would be amazing, seeing it in modern animation. Old one always has a place in my heart, though this one could be faithful to the manga to the end where the original went off the rails, in an amazing fashion to be fair. |
