I'm sure there are gay people who can't watch heterosexual romance. In fact, I know they exist because I've seen them on Twitter. Here's the key difference: most of them hate the idea of heterosexuality for some weird reason. I, on the other hand, am completely indifferent to homosexuality aside from the fact that watching a story where two guys have a romance is unappealing to me. I think this may stem from the fact that l like to self-insert into stories and view things through the eyes of a character. And, with me being a heterosexual man, the notion of another guy being romantic toward me is extremely off-putting and takes me right out of my flights of fancy. I know that probably sounds goofy, but it is what it is. |

| I used to not really like it but now I really into it. I used to think I prefer yuri over yaoi but I now realize I just prefer yuri smut over yaoi smut, but when it's the wholesome stuff I really like bl; it's very cute. I'm definitely going down the pipeline of normal anime fan to yaoi-obsessed fujo.....help me lol |
