Koi-ken and Girlfriend Kari feel generic as hell for me, but then again that's just my taste. I've heard Boku no Hero Academia is extremely generic, but I've never seen any anime like it before.

Pretty much any magical girl show that came out after Sailor Moon (the first thing that comes to my mind is Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch...*shivers*) and any harem (and reverse harem for that matter) that came out after 2012. And don't even get me started on the bunch of shows about "moe" cute schoolgirls that flooded the past few seasons. Sorry to say, but anime is just boring and repetitive these days, IMO.

Just. No.
Lazy production or bad plots =/= a generic show. A series can be terrible but not exactly generic (SAO, for example). And anyway, I highly doubt anyone finds FMA or SNK generic.

About harem, I agree :D I hope the popularity of this genre will die out soon tbh

From what I know, isekai smartphone was very generic. Its your usual fantasy harem + a smartphone.
