TBH I would have given a 9 but the ending is so bad...its so freakin bad,it doesnt even deserve a 7 now. And not to mention, the writer kept on giving hints about satarou x kayo and in the end,we're left with kayo and that unmanly twat. That honestly came out of nowhere!!

I thought it was good if I'm honest? 8/10 for me. I mean yes there were many flaws but then again I'm kinda generous with my scoring sometimes ๐Ÿ˜‚ I agree though kayo should have been with satarou but he was in a coma for 15 years. Can't blame them for moving on with their lives while also watching over his to help him. And I don't think that is the sole reason to bring the rating down to bellow 7.

I don't think the main issue of it was kayo being with a different person, or even airi having almost no screen time..
The whole mystery wasn't much of a mystery after sometime. . . since the teacher was the only possible assassin, also they way things happened he revealing himself , his motivation and his overall character were pretty "meh" (aka weak) to me...

I feel like they had a good idea in the beginning , but it was developed pretty poorly...

yeah they made it too easy for us to figure out who it was that was the murderer, they maybe should have implemented a couple of more character to make it more interesting for it to be better

Well this was really good for a long long time. I was actually able to marathon the whole thing in two days and i watched episodes 3-12 in seven hours so it did manage to draw me in completely for a while.

The ending just proves how difficult it is to execute a mystery series perfectly. They went a little over-creative with it. Most people probably would have preferred to just see the killer revealed right at the end and main guy just snapping back into his original time with a changed future after preventing the murders.
Also, that "plan" to reveal the killer to the authorities right at the end up on that roof was ridiculous as fuck. Who comes up with that kind of plan..."Hey! Let´s drive your wheelchair off the roof and we catch you with an air cushion!" yeah, what else are you going to do if not this lol

Also, yes it was obvious who the true killer was long before the show officially reveals it which is a shame because the revelation scene was actually great. You can actually guess the killer right away and not only at ep 5-7 if you pay close attention to the opening sequence. I did this and realised they give it away right there so watching ERASED was almost like watching an episode of Columbo to me haha

What´s left behind is a show with tons of wasted potential but i still enjoyed it for the most part so i did not deduct many points for its weak points. I enjoyed the 7 hour session i spent with it 90% of the time so i saw no reason to be too harsh, especially because it leaves behind an opening song i fell in love with. It ended up on my playlist, really great song in my opinion!
