I'm still a student, money from part time jobs are just enough for me to live through the day, so buying an anime would be a luxury thing for me. Haven't checked prices for so long) I think the only thing that cost that much in the US is the Out of Print Card Captor Sakura and Sailor Moon complete series (in singles that is not boxsets) that go for 1k each on E-Bay. Also Garden of Sinners is $300. Clannad on Bluray costs $90, but you can get it on rightstuf.com for $69. Afterstory on Bluray hasn't been released yet nor has rightstuf listed it yet. Edit: Unless you are talking about importing the English subbed Blurays of Clannad from Japan then yeah it is near $800 each for both seasons. Although if your talking about the English release its only $69~$90. |

| Ones I've already bought: GITS (The original movie and both seasons of the anime) The first three Pokemon movies I'm about to get my hands on Baccano!, Higashi no Eden, Durarara! and Casshern Sins. I plan to eventually purchase every anime I've rated higher than 7. Normally my only condition for purchasing an anime is that it's available in Dual Audio. |

| There are few animes i'd actualy go back and watch, most notably Mushishi. A friend of mine bought me a $70 Mushishi set and it is to this day the only anime with enough re-watch value for me to own. |

| I've been lazy about organizing my stuff but here's an earlier image of my collection from a few months back. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/839/hpim0153.jpg/ I realize that yeah, a lot of the anime there is not on my list but I started collecting a year ago and I've gotten much of this from looking for reasonable cheap prices. I will list off what I have later but the most noticeable thing missing here from the picture is.... Madoka Magica BD 1-6(I just don't have the boxset, damn oversea policy, why won't you include the box for us too). RahXephon complete set I'm looking into getting the single volumes for Princess Tutu, maybe the Japanese ones since I can find them for a good price sometimes. I got a lot of stuff I want to get, whether it shows I've completed, stilling watching, or yet to watch.(Kaiba, Ranma 1/2, Eve no Jikan, and Urusei Yatsura, When They Cry come to mind). Then there's shows I have on DVD, but I want to get the more colorful boxsets for(Gurren Lagann, Mai Hime, Mai Otome). |

| So far I only have Witchblade(complete), Cowboy Bebop(complete), FMA(the first Anime, also complete) and the Movie to it~ And also around 16 Anime Movies(Ghost in the Shell, Steam Boy, nearly all Ghibli movies made by Hayao Miyazaki, etc.). If they ever release FMA: Brotherhood, Mawaru Penguindrum and Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt here in my country I would buy them too. But since so few Animes(which I like) are being released here, I highly doubt that they ever will be here :/ And anyways I would never watch them in my language, since German dubs are even worse than English ones imo x'D And even if I would like to buy more Anime, I sadly don't have the money to it *sighs* |
