Behold of my awesomeness~

Phew, I really thought he was gonna blow up there. Anyways fate is rather cruel, that dude is now the head of the "relief" for the virus (which he helped spread) and his family seems to be happy ... He deserved to die. But Maruo made a very good choice in not going through with it.

i didn't think he would do it. if he succeeded, that would be the end of the manga, and if he failed... would be a really sad, pointless end right after he was reintroduced. :(

I'm surprised the singer supported Maruo all this time.
"Perhaps there is a universal, absolute truth. Perhaps it justifies every question. But that's beyond the reach of these small hands." Mamoru Oshii

There is a cult of ignorance (...) nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that “my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.” Isaac Asimov

That was a pretty strange chapter, why would the singer get to see Friend's face so close? Why no body checks? Is he trusted THAT much? Just where is the security? Maruo could just enter and blow Friend up, you know

that singer's drawing skill can be a huge help (I'm jealous that he can draw that good). did he see Friend's face clearly tho?

Omgg the psychological process of Maruo and the tension built here were insanely good
Excellent chapter! Urasawa again teaching some lessons at the end of a chapter, like he has done a lot of times in different of his works. I really like the style of him. Kinda like a episodic thing, sometimes.

Whoa, the guy knows friend's face and can draw it? We are definitely closer to the reveal than it appears, unless the guy behind the door wasn't friend (which is probably the case)

one of the best chapters yet
While many can pursue their dreams in solitude, other dreams are like great storms blowing hundreds, even thousands of dreams apart in their wake. Dreams breathe life into men and can cage them in suffering. Men live and die by their dreams. But long after they have been abandoned they still smolder deep in men's hearts. Some see nothing more than life and death. They are dead, for they have no dreams.
