| K, so i finally made myself create a new design for my anime list. link is here: http://myanimelist.net/animelist/linkinpark4175 Well im still a beginner at css styling and i got stuck not being able to hide the totals permanently :( (not sure if its allowed) i also wanted to make my "header_title" block be a bit outside from left and right side but i couldnt find a way to make it :S |

| Both are darn cute, but maybe you should make the transition between the background and the background color smoother, or fix the wallpaper's position. |
| I can't fix the backgrounds or else my list will scroll over the image. (it's supposed to be more like a normal layout) But I think I can erase the bottoms of each image so that they just fade out into the color. |

| @EkusuKariba You can make use transparency by putting in "opacity: 0.5" into the code but this only works for safari/firefox/chrome, for IE you use "filter: alpha (opacity=50)" Example.. #list_surround { opacity: 0.5; filter: alpha (opacity=50) } and for the top thingy.. it can be done in many different ways.. people usually do it using.. #list_surround { background: url(image here) no-repeat top center; padding-top: <number>px; } <number> should be the height of the "header" image and nice list :D |

| i just updated my list. theme is hibari, with hibird (?lol) finally i can get the background image to 1900x1200. and i think its quite ok, but somehow the header pic(or whatever you call it), like abit strange. how do you guys think about it? |
| CSS scared me off a long time ago, so I'm insanely jealous of all you people with major skillz XD (Thank god MAL has an easy editing feature, or my list would look like crap) Oh dear lord, GamerchiX: those are beautiful Q___Q I love it, SZ-. I especially like the font for the headers..but no completed list? D: My list is extremely simple, especially compared to some of the ones posted here OTL..but I just thought I'd see if others thought it looked acceptable XD I tried to make it so it looks decent no matter what size people have their windows open, which has been a hassle in the past. But I feel like this one pulls it off alright. (Also, would there be a specific reason as to why I can't change the size of the font of the links in my "tabs"? The only way I can make them bigger is if I change the font size under "general properties", but then the font size of my whole list changes. When I change the size under the sections specified for tabs it does nothing at all) |

| @Ellette: Simple is good! Yours looks very clean, it's easy to read, and the colors are soft. Plus the BG pic is in a good position for my screen resolution (1280x800). |

| @Moronicidiot- I like the concept and the look of it. Though the first thing I thought was a 2nd profile on your list. If you were to make it more "functional" then I think it would serve it's purpose. Great design none the less. |
