The last thing we need is a whole bunch more uselesses doing nothing and still getting 5 claims. What do we have... like 8 now or something? I quit. |

You have to do the thing you're already doing and in addition ((Em forgot to write it down)) you have to go back to xxx thread and edit at the bottom, saying you've already said they're finished. When I was a thread watcher, I also told people when there were problems with their claim. A broken picture, forgotten picture, etc. Because the updaters usually didn't. You don't have to, I'm just saying I did. |

| EM. DO YOU SEE THIS. You need to un-hire these peace keepers. Heck. I'd do it. But it doesn't match the colors of the rest of my jobs. Plus... I usually try to start fights.=.=" Woahh. Way fail. Anyways. I'd just give that position to some people that are already updaters or thread watchers and are here all the time. We dont' really need Peacekeepers. It's a good club. Fights don't really start. People who are just becoming Peacekeepers are useless nothings that don't do anything for 5 claims. I also think you should hold off on thread watchers for a bit. You can keep the ones you've approved of now... but I'm keeping a very close eye on them. BEWARE. |

| I'm not blind, so yes, I do see it. The word you're looking for is "fire" I believe. I don't intend to hire anymore Peace Keepers at all. The reason why we've got so many now is to have one on at all times hopefully, and in case any disappear or go on vacation for extended time. With almost 1800 members, fights will happen, I'm sure. So what we have is fine. |

It's awesome for a banner maker to just sit down and make banners without being worried that the request is wrong, the poster gave the wrong number, etc... That would be so convenient for us. So instead of peace keepers, we might want to assign them as updaters/thread watchers. :P |

I updated almost 20 pages worth of posts in the finished banners thread. No joke. So these thread watchers... are not getting 5 claims easy, no way. Honestly, we don't need more updators. All we have are updaters itching for more threads to take over. What we need, are updaters willing to go the extra mile. That will not only edit someone's post when something is wrong with their cliaim, but will also write on their wall, etc. Or maybe we just need directions, telling them that they have to do it. And I agree, we definitally have enough peace keepers. >.> |
| I actually think that's a good idea, for someone to go around commenting on people's profiles about their banner. I also think it all depends on what is "easy." For me, updating and thread watching would be considerably tedious and boring, while making banners is more fun and exciting. Others who don't have an image editing program will try to find ways to help around, if that's their true intention. And then yes, there are some who just want to get 5 claims. All I'm getting at is that we don't want to be too harsh to our new staff, because some of our current active staff might go away in the future, and then we may really need updaters. But for the moment we also have enough banner makers (there are some doing nothing and just waiting for the next month), so we could close the thread for a while until we run into problems. |
