Something that wasn't popular (either from being literally missed due to how packed the season was, or bc everyone else already written it off as trash without giving it a proper chance), But is actually surprisingly good. High quality unpopular stuff.

DanDanDan Season 2 would be something that Not hidden (very popular and well known, ALOT of people watched it this season), While something like my Hidden gem Haikara! Is very unknown (only like 4K users on here including me) so would count as hidden.

OK, popular compared to what?
Because, like I say, I don't find people talking about any anime I watch, old or new.
You only see people on the internet talking about half-a-dozen titles.
Not "half-a-dozen a season", but half-a-dozen PERIOD.

And like My Dress Up Darling is so popular, people never stopped posting about it since season 1.

It's not that weird, at least by the standards of an anime forum, but it's effort...

@thewiru mhmm, same here. i do filter what i watch every season, but i can bet that before that season ends, i would have raked up to 20 to 30 new animes to watch, plus continuation. i doubt alot of people do that, that's why they call it rare or hidden gem, cuz it just popped their way kind of

I don't know which ones among these could be considered hidden but they're the shows that I enjoyed the most this summer if we discount the well known ones such as Tate no Yuusha and Dr. Stone

@NS2D That isekai show looks exactly like something you'd watch for the waifu design, but has absolutely nothing going for it beyond that.
