It happened in other animes as well. I prefer to see the characters when they are speaking, their real emotions... However I must say the episode really improved in the second half and the music made it better... I think the kiss made it a worth watching episode! I hope the next episode will be great! @TheColonel76 I agree about that, I wanted to know what happened when Kai invited Uka in the previous episode, but they didn´t show anything about that. I think I don´t like when they show other angles and they don´t show the emotions in the characters properly. However in the second part it has improved. | this episode's direction was cool but i feel like it really sucks how rushed it was, like damnn did they adapt like 10 chapters in one ep?? still a great episode though for sure, the whole show would've been a lot more interesting if the direction was like this the whole season (but obviously at a slower pace) curious how this was in the manga, too lazy to check tho |
| so this is the 2nd episode that has had how do you say a very creative direction? the first time it happened i was so confused but this time i enjoyed it more for how random it was at times like the heavy focus on juice box slurping to the very neat relay race scene for a show that looks so low budget it at least made it entertaining to watch. can't believe she said the thing they really pushed into getting this confession before the season ended i'll take it over getting nothing by the finale |

| Did they just cram four episodes into one? It was so fast paced it made me anxious. This show is so, so, so bad and I say that as a shoujo lover. Can't wait for it to be over... |

| I personally think this episode was beautifully executed. I enjoyed it from the start and up to this point. I don't get all the hate its getting. I especially loved the running scene, it was really unique. I don’t understand why her lips were twitching so much though. The scene with Kai was sort of weird and unexpected. I guess I agree that it was a bit fast paced The confession was so sweet and the kiss was so much sweeter. I love those two <3 I might pick up the manga tbh I lowkey teared up |

| That mf Oohata, Kiyotaka director did it again, another 0/10 episode because of the direction and rushing content, like wtf was that pace and many random shit happening left and right, why do they hire such ass directors that doesn't make any sense, like all the episodes be fine and cool and this director has to step in and ruin everything |
| Looks like the opinions on this one are divided. Understandable, but personally I loved it. It kind of reminded me of the later Kare Kano episodes. |
| The start was funny, but then Uka loses her confidence and goes, “Nope, I can’t confess to Kai about my feelings~” — trust me, I started screaming my head off. The episode, or rather Uka, annoyed me again in the first half, but the second half was better, and I liked how it ended. Thanks to this episode, I’m a little calmer about the story—otherwise, I couldn’t take any more of this bullshit. Hopefully, she won’t go like, “Kai just kissed me in my dream,” or some crap in the next episode. I’m already disappointed with this show for breaking my expectations. Overall, the episode had some funny and enjoyable moments. |
