| That its "just" saturday not sunday constantly, so i should rest now and i cant do more, and if i fcked up my healing by doing all that shit yesterday, repeating scheduale for next week, feeling shit emotions, intrusive impulses, pictures, and i wonder how to not get worse and stressed about money and work when i have to do stuff for other people too outside of work and get wented at and need to calm people and take it constantly and if i can even be a person and if my back will get worse and if ill get treated like a person at all by other people. If i can even be in myself. And who i need to call and when to figure out other stuff and planning to be certain everything will 100 % go okay. And if theyll have trouble with rent cause other people fcked up and what if they dont act or misunderstand and if other and what if...............bzzzz |

You are still conscious about your healing process; that's a good step and one that people often are unable to stay with, so even by the virtue to staying where you are and remembering that you need to heal you are at least partially on the right track.
