| Even though he lost against Frieren, Denken is such a cool character. I am really glad he still managed to pass. Frieren destroying the seemingly unbreakable barrier was such an awesome moment. “Never is here!” gave me chills. |

Even though the moment where Frieren breaks Serie's barrier was by far the best in this episode, I really liked how Denken just started to throw hands immediately after running out of mana and somehow managing to win against a guy who was probably decades his junior. (though that uppercut he gave to the guy looked really nasty so he might have just knocked him out cold off screen)  |
