| finally got around to watching this and i loved it Power and Kobeni was my faves of the series but also denji was also a very nice male MC and that usually dont happen to often with that said i really hope more anime of this series happens im honestly surprised there's no announments even still but till that day comes i will be checking out and reading the manga (from the start) again great season Love Power and Kobeni |

| Okay overall though it is very memorable and I guess... shrill? The anime certainly did not shy from anything. The gross scenes or the intimate advances aside what stands out even more is the dark and even nihilistic dialogue in parts of the show. Denji and Power denying any sympathy for the humans they are mingling with was a lot compared to even similarish animes. Also the indulgence and unhindered substance abuse are worth pointing out. I always wished we would get more insights into Makima but alast she is the big hook for season 2. I wonder if she too is a fiend or what she had to give up for her hinted powers. Her humanity so it would seem. I will definetly stick around for the next season. More of the same would be ok but more world building would be great. Also I appreciated the mystery vibes inbetween the mayhem. Would be neat to see if they were willing to explore it further. |

| Oh Denji....you're going to open that door arent you? This was great, Gun Devil is coming, Makina is scheming, Aki is going to die soon, and Denji is going to go nuts. Bring on season 2. 8/10 |

| I'm a bit late to the party - but what a spectacular ride! That was an amazing beginning to end. This show was big, cinematic, emotional & fun. Lots of cool shots and beautifully animated by MAPPA. Now the big IF - IF this is the ONLY season we get, the ending sucked. IF this is just the beginning of their story, it was a great start :) But this is an incomplete story as is & my praise of the show hinges only on the belief that MORE is coming. My rating will change drastically if this is the entirety of what we get. I can usually understand hate and critisim shows get in this community, but the LARGE amount of hate this show has gotten really has me dumbfounded. I just don't get why so many people think this was BAD & even sent d*ath threats to the director. I loved this. |
| Can’t wait for chainsaw man season two to be released in like 20 years from now Overall I liked this more than the manga. Interested to see how Mappa and co adapts the next couple of arcs. |
