One million points to level up seems like a waste when other skills and stat boosts could be bought, unless it was necessary to get those solar panels. With the solar panels, Boxxo now has unlimited points, just a matter of time. He really needs to start acquiring new skills and functions though, it's getting painfully slow that he can't communicate well, nor move. One of the earlier episodes showed he could buy a telepathy skill, I much rather see him exploring new skills and abilities now than vending machine items.

I think we've been patient long enough, more adventure and character development (like Boxxo talking to his friends) would be appreciated at this point. The bearcats are just a rehash of other characters meeting Boxxo for the first time, a little meh.

It's getting increasingly frustrating seeing Boxxo be unable to communicate. It gets kind of old after a while. Surely he must have a way to get more phrases. Like couldnt be just turn into a jukebox and play songs to speak?

@traed I'm of the same mind, to the point I actually searched to see when boxxo would be able to attain speech. I'd be willing to bet that there was some kind of ability he could have selected instead of whatever it was that allowed him to turn into a vacuum. And unless the anime cut it short that 2 hr timelimit sure only seems like 30 seconds.

I forgot to mention it last episode but I appreciate the strange amount of continuity in this show. First the whole economy of monsters hunting affecting different monster populations, and now these foreign travelers mentioning Chain Restaurants because it’s successful in other stratum’s.

The labyrinth was a very nice change of pace and actually felt like Boxxo was stuck in a dungeon lol. The flaming skeleton lord showing up was cool and I wonder if we’re gonna see him again

Anyway so well that was a bit of a different ep, if a bit awkward at points.
Looks like next ep they'll be trying to actually fight the boss monster, curious unless boxo goes full water hose mode

Nice change of pace for an episode without Lammis, Boxxo really overthink much with the Tasmanian Devils as all you really need with meatheads are food

But damn is the level up expensive af, from a million points down to a mere twenty-thousand
